Mrs. Obi Ebele M. was born in the family of Late Chief and Lolo PJO Ilechukwu in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State. Her education spanned through Anambra State College of Education where she obtained National Certificate in education in 1995.

She gained admission unto Imo State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2003. She registered with Nigerian Dietetic Association having successfully passed the registration examination to become a registered dietitian (RD)

She obtained a PGD in Public Health in 2009 from the same university. She was employed by Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi as a caterer in 1997

Today, to the glory of God, she is the second Head of Department of Nutrition and Dietetics NAUTH, Nnewi, after retirement of the pioneer HOD Dtn (Mrs) Mary Jane Umeh; she is the assistant Chair-person of Nutrition and Dietetics Association, Anambra State

A devoted Christian, and a member of CWL, Leader in Children also department. She is a chorister and happily married to Mr Obi Chibunna and the marriage is blessed with children.
Her hobbies are singing, teaching, reading etc.
