Princess Florence Nonye Okafor is a Nurse Educator WITH Counseling and Administrative skills. Born in Aba in the year 1963. She is a motivator and has interest in academics. This is evidenced in her mixed expertise in the field of health, education and administration. 

She had her primary education in Akoli Road Primary School Aba, where she obtained her first school leaving certificate and moved to abagana Girls Secondary School Abagana and passed out in 1981. She later got admission into school of Nursing Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Ihiala and got registered Nurse 1987. 

In 1988 she got admission for midwifery at Holy Rosary Maternity Hospital waterside Onitsha. She got employment in prestigious hospital NAUTH Nnewi in October 1990 as a registered Nurse/Midwife. She continued to work in obedience until 1999 when she got admission to study Public Health Nursing at School of Health Technology Obosi and passed out with flying colours. She continued with community health officers program in the same school and passed out in 2001. 

She read part-time program of Psychology in Unizik 1996-2006. In 2008-2012, post graduate diploma in Education in Imo State University Owerri and had credit pass. In 2008, she obtained Bachelor of Nursing Science with 2nd class upper division from National Open University of Nigeria. 

She work in private hospital after graduation from School of Nursing and Midwifery in the year 1987 – 1990, after which she got employed by Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi in 1990 and was redeployed to NAUTH Annex. She was once a guest lecturer at college of Nursing and Midwifery Adazi Nnukwu, Iyienu and Nkpor. She was also a Chairlady CWO Zone I August Meeting Organizing Committee Okwuani Nnewi 2016. 

She enjoyed Studying, Teaching , Counselling and Making friends. 

She is married to Engr. Valentine Nnayelugo Okafor and the marriage is blessed with five children who are very caring and lovely.
