Pharm. Dr (Mrs) Joy Nkeiruka Ichoku (nee Monanu) is a hardworking, intelligent, astute, creative, enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist who has acquired extensive knowledge in the field through the study of Pharmacy at various levels and previous work experience. I am a Pharmacist of over 30 years post-graduation. I am endowed with various skills such as management, communication, problem-solving, design among others needed to accomplish work.

My core values are to be a resourceful person, passionate, purposeful and organized in discharging my duties and working as a team to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.

I am a member of several professional /international bodies such as the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Association of Hospital and Administrative Pharmacists (AHAPN), West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (WAPCP), Association of Lady Pharmacists (ALPS), International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP), Association of Women in Development (AWID), Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) as well as several religious organizations.

My hobbies/Interests include Drug and Health Information management, Promotion of healthy eating, healthy living and lifestyles, Information and communication of health education and promotion to the community especially to women and children, Leadership and mentorship, Reading, Travelling, Music, Sports e.t.c.
